(3) Resumption of Library Services
When Typhoon Signal No. 8, “Extreme Conditions” or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered or cancelled not less than 3 hours before the Libraries’ closing hours, the Libraries will resume operation as soon as possible.
