Polish Concerti - Baltic Neopolis Orchestra
The Baltic Neopolis Orchestra returns to Asia to present a showcase of contemporary Polish classical music. This unforgettable musical event will showcase the rich Polish musical tradition in the heart of Asia.
The repertoire of the concert, which will be performed by eminent Polish and international soloists, will include compositions dedicated to the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra, written by leading Polish composers, including Paweł Łukaszewski, Mikołaj Piotrowski and Paweł Łukaszewski: Paweł Łukaszewski, Mikołaj Piotr Górecki, Marcelo Nisinman.
In addition, the orchestra will perform an outstanding, timeless work by Ignacy Jan Paderewski or Wojciech Kilar.
The event is an opportunity for the Polish diaspora and the citizens of the Asian region to meet Polish culture and to learn about the richness of Polish heritage, culture. The planned concert as part of this year's tour will be the first ever presentation of new Polish music by a Polish chamber orchestra in Hong Kong.

Founded in 2000, Lin Ling, a famous guzheng educator and performer, and professor of the China Conservatory of Music, serves as the artistic director. The members of the orchestra are composed of graduate students with master's and doctoral research directions in Guzheng. The orchestra has commissioned a number of famous composers to compose for the orchestra, and hired a number of conductors to conduct regular rehearsals for the orchestra.
The orchestra's artistic innovation and management mode have become a new vision worthy of attention and in-depth research in the field of national instrumental music performance, providing a new perspective and possibility for the modern interpretation of traditional music.
