Introduction to Canvas (For Teaching Staff)

 

This workshop introduces you to Canvas, the Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS). This is a hands-on workshop that guides you through some basic features of Canvas. It is designed for teachers new to use Canvas effectively. It covers the following topics:

 

  • Adjusting course setting and managing participants
  • Creating pages and adding content
  • Creating assignments and grading on Canvas
  • Making announcement
  • Using the Gradebook

Workshop of Information Security and Anti-Scam (For Staff)

 

In view of the increasing cybersecurity-related incidents such as data leakage and security breaches, EDuIT is going to conduct a workshop about information security, personal data handling and anti-scam. We would like to draw your attention on this matter as improving our cybersecurity awareness is critical for mitigating the risks associated with data breaches and protecting the privacy of the Academy.
