Submissions in languages other than English, German, Portuguese and Spanish are accepted if accompanied by an English translation. Calls for submissions take place several times a year.
Journal of Embodied Research
JER is the first peer reviewed, open access, academic journal to focus on the dissemination of embodied knowledge through video. It advances the scholarly video article as an experimental form supporting diverse embodied research projects. Articles are published on a rolling basis and offer the cutting edge of videographic scholarship, innovating relationships between textuality, audiovisuality, and embodiment.

The International Journal of Performance Arts and Digital Media draws its contributions from academics and practitioner-researchers at the interface of new media technologies and performance. It acts as a forum for critical scholarship, innovative practice, and creative pedagogy, addressing themes that may be domain-specific (e.g. theatre, dance, music, live art, computer science) or situated at the convergence of two or more disciplines.
Journal of Dance and Somatic practicesThis peer-reviewed journal focuses on the relationship between dance and somatic practices, and the influence of this body of practice on the wider performing arts. The journal will be aimed at scholars and artists, providing a space for practitioners and theorists to debate the work, to consider the impact and influence of the work on performance, and examine the interventions that somatic practices can have on other disciplines and the implications for research and teaching.

The Asia Pacific Artistic Research Network (APARN)
The Asia Pacific Artistic Research Network (APARN) is a new initiative from the Centre of Visual Art, University of Melbourne and the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta, with the purposes of mapping artistic research initiatives and activities in the Asia Pacific region; provide a regional framework for practical collaboration between individuals and institution; develop an understanding of local cultural dynamics influencing artistic research activities in the Asia Pacific region.
ADiE (Artistic Doctorates in Europe)A three-year research project between eight universities in the UK and Scandinavia focusing on PaR for Dance and Performance. The website includes case studies and resources on topics such as documentation, supervision and online teaching. Although the project targets doctoral students, they offer strategies that can applied to other scenarios as well.
