18 Mar 2025 (Tue) | 10:00

The Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association (HKAAA) presents the 14th Cultural Leadership Summit, themed “The Future of Cultural Management”, to be held from 18 to 19 March 2025 in Wan Chai.

As HKAAA celebrates its 40th anniversary, this year’s Summit is an opportunity to reflect on how arts administration has evolved in response to social development, technological advancements, and shifting artistic landscapes. It will bring together cultural managers, artists, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and explore new directions for the sector.

Cultural managers play a crucial role in supporting artistic development and building audiences. At the same time, they have to navigate globalisation, digital transformation, and economic shifts while seizing new opportunities. The Summit will gather local and international cultural leaders to explore the intersections of arts, technology, and business, offering fresh insights into the future of cultural management.

The Cultural Leadership Summit is an annual key industry forum where pressing issues are discussed, new ideas for promoting the arts are shared, and professional networks are strengthened administrators from Hong Kong and beyond.

The Summit will conclude with a special 40th anniversary dinner gathering, bringing together past and present board members, cultural leaders, and seasoned arts .
